What is TechSplaining

Everyone uses technology today. 

Computers, cell phones, and the internet are no longer luxury items. 

They are considered necessary by all definitions.

Generations of us have grown up with computers and we use them every day, but do we use our technology and all the programs we must subscribe to, to do business, fully?  Do we use what we pay for to it's maximum potential?

 

How many times have we downloaded a new program or app because we heard it's good, and it might make thing easier, pay for it, and never end up using it?

 

Many of our needs can be met through subscriptions we already have.

 

Microsoft 365, Google, and even Apple office work solutions have all grown exponentially over the last few years to be able to do things we never could have thought of even 10 years ago.  AI and Automations that WE as CONSUMERS can control with almost point and click interfaces allow for every organization to be able to customize how they work, and to do it more effectively.

 

TechSplaining is exactly that.  We want to help you use the technology you already have, to do more, and make you and your teams more effective.

How does TechSplaining work?

First and foremost?  We have a conversation with you.

We talk with you and listen to what your team's daily frustrations with your technology are. 

 

We observe how you, and your team, work.

We make notes, looking for the improvements we can suggest.

 

Suggestions can (and usually) include training, tips and tricks, safety and security checkups, licensing changes and updates, one-on-one and/or group training, and often we'll even leave you with some great reference materials for your staff to keep at their desks for when they forget.

 

What if we already have an IT company?

Fantastic.  Not every business or organization does.  We're thrilled you have professionals who you can count on.

 

Here's our question to you:  When you talk with your IT company or team, do you actually understand everything they are saying or talking about?

Does someone internally know all the bits and pieces of the jargon that gets thrown at you?

Where is your price list?

We don't have a price list.

What we do is a highly individualized services for each client.

 

We do work by the hour, but we can also work on outlined projects with a budget.
